True ingenuity benefits from the wisdom experience gives and the embracing of fresh and open perspectives. We at RBCGI Solutions thrive off of both. RBCGI Solutions is a family owned and operated firm that is run by Kimberly Rooks, and her son Christopher Rooks.
Our wisdom comes from Kimberly, who as the CEO and Chief Strategist, brings over 25 years of strategic management experience rooted in identifying the strengths and challenges of human impact realities. Efforts of discovery and improvement have been used in entities in both the private and public sectors, with employee sizes of 2 to over 1000, in revenue sizes from start-up to $3 billion.
Christopher brings fresh perspectives as the CTO and Lead Researcher. His creativity and sensitivities to today’s emerging technologies is supporting healthy integration of AI into our firm’s operations, while also developing future business platforms designed to address communication gaps within the employee structures, and leading our research initiatives.
Our efforts have supported the realization of things like:
- Revealed misalignments within organizational structures that adversely impacted employee morale and work functions and were functionally disruptive to the customer/client/partner experiences.
- Identified antiquated processes, procedures, protocols, and resources that were disruptive to healthy workflow and work product deliveries.

- Supported client image repair within both internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Supported the strengthening of marginalized communities through advocacy support and educating community members on more effective political and staff engagement techniques.
