• Review of current business stability and growth models.
• Assessments of current response capabilities and capacities.
• Support of review of current markets and conditional impacts and opportunities/timelines.
• Identification of necessary changes, needs, and impacts with associated timelines and budgetary implications.

Development of Expansion of Competencies & Opportunities

• Leveraging existing staff talents.
• Streamline current business models to maximize the most promising and profitable business centers.
• Examine strategic partnership relationship opportunities.
• Assess current client/customer needs and shifts to identify potential opportunities or needed work approach shifts.

Assess Business Viability

•  Assess current business operational abilities to serving market demands and shifts.
•  Proactively assess internal, external (client/customer/vendors/partners), regulatory, political, and industry shifts that could positively or negatively impact the functionalities and opportunities. Evaluate current staff’s competencies, locations, needs, SWOTs, and the budgetary impacts of projected necessary resource shifts and the viability of the abilities to absorb such.
• Proactively determine critical mass points of operations and the impacts of such.
•  Continual business viability assessments and future path option approach recommendations based on findings.

Depending on the project scope, some functional support elements may be able to be done remotely. However, many will not be able to be adequately supported in the initial phases of analysis remotely.
